Wedding enquiries
The wedding brief creates a draft in WhatsApp or your email application. The website does not send that draft automatically or store your form entries in a website database. Once you send a message, it is handled through the relevant communication service and our correspondence with you.
Checklist downloads
At download, we save the email or WhatsApp number you enter, your optional name, the selected guide, the time and your optional wedding-planning follow-up choice. We use this record to administer download requests and respond to requested planning enquiries. We do not verify the contact or subscribe you to a newsletter. Download records are kept for up to 12 months unless an ongoing enquiry or your deletion request changes this. Access is restricted to the business and hosting service. Email vedicvivahh@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion.
Calculator
Budget entries are calculated in your browser and are not stored in our download database. A WhatsApp draft is shared only when you choose to send it.
What you may share
Your name, wedding date, venue, guest count, service requirements, optional budget range, and any notes help us understand and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sharing sensitive information that is not necessary for planning your wedding.
How we use enquiries
We use information you send to discuss your requirements, prepare proposals, and coordinate services you request. Information needed to coordinate a confirmed event may be shared with the relevant vendors as part of the agreed planning scope.
Third-party links and services
WhatsApp, Instagram, your email provider, and the website host operate under their own privacy terms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information necessary to serve them. The hosting provider may process technical request information for site delivery and security.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. Linked services may use their own cookies when you visit them.
Contact and requests
